1. The Door to Door Pick-Up & Return Service applied to all Notebook/Desktop/ Camera/Mobile Phone/Smart Phone or Tablet PC registered under 1Care Membership.
 
2. Submit COMPLETED Claim Form along with the following documents:
 
Perils Membership Card Copy of Member's IC/Passport Original Hardware Receipt/Proof of Purchase Original Claim Form Police Report Photos of Damaged Item Photos of the Affected Scene
For Service Contract Claim/1 To 1 Replacement Plan
Mechanical or Electrical Breakdown    
For All Risk Protection Claim
Lightning  
Flood  
Burglary  
Armed Robbery    
Accidental Damage    
For Theft Protection Claim
Burglary  
Armed Robbery    

3. Claim request for defective unit within 1Care Warranty period will be free of charge.
