I) Coverage under All Risks Protection* ● Warranty starts on the first 3, 6, 9 or 12 months of purchase of the insured Product ● Loss or Damage due to:
1. Lightning
2. Flood
3. Burglary / Theft with sign of break-in or forcible entry within a premise
4. Armed Robbery/Hold-up involving weapons (e.g. knife or gun)
5. Accidental or Unintentional Damage - Drops, Falls or Liquid Spills
II) Coverage under Service Contract* ● Warranty starts on the 2nd or up to 4th year of purchase of the insured Product after the expiration of Manufacturer Warranty
● Repair works and replacement of part(s) and component(s) that fails to operate as a result of Mechanical or Electrical breakdown ● Available for any computer products supplied with a 1 or up to 3 years standard warranty by the manufacturer ● Covers repair fees, logistics fees (between 1Care Service / Collection Centre to/from 1Care repair center) ● Maximum up to 4 years warranty including standard Manufacture Warranty
III) Coverage under Theft Protection* ● Warranty starts on the first 3, 6, 9 or 12 months of purchase of the insured Product ● Loss or Damage due to:
1. Burglary / Theft with sign of break-in or forcible entry within a premise 2. Armed Robbery/Hold-up involving weapons (e.g. knife or gun)
IV) Coverage under One to One Replacement Plan - for Tablets Only* ● Applicable during 2nd year of purchase of the insured Tablets Product after the expiry of the Manufacturer Warranty ● Available for new and branded Tablets Products that fails to operate as a result of Mechanical or Electronic breakdown
V) Exclusions*
● Software failures & backing up of file and data. ● Riot, strike, war, terrorism and malicious damage ● Fraud, dishonesty or willful acts or any intentional acts ● Claims under manufacturers warranty ● Battery or Power Adapter failure ● Aesthetics defects ● Wear and tear
